Going outside gets you to think differently. “Nature gets you out of your head and into your heart. And your heart is your instinct.” Yet, today, children and adults spend less time outside than ever—approximately 13 percent of their time.  This refers to Nature-Deficit Disorder, a lack of outdoor time that takes a toll on quality of life.
