Chef Nay’s Pineapple Detox Smoothie

Yield: 2 12oz cups | Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

4 cups pineapple (frozen diced)

2 cups banana (frozen diced)

1 cup mango (frozen diced)

1 celery rib (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/2 lime

3.4 cup water

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
