There is NOTHING that will increase Happiness, Health, & Well-Being much faster and make them adhere more permanently , than to increase the real restfulness and constructive usefulness of sleep!

Every move we make causes us to spend a certain amount of vitality- every thought we think squeezes a little life out of us. This loss is partly made up by the food we eat, the fluid we drink and the air we breathe. But it is chiefly during sleep that the life principle flows back into us – that our loss in vitality is made good.
